Refund policy

(AS ALL OUR ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS FOR A SIMPLE CHANGE OF MIND) 

To be eligible for a return or refund for your item must be in the same condition that you received it, IF YOUR ITEM HAS ARRIVED WITH A CLEARLY DAMAGED BOX (this will need to be handled by AUS POST) but if the model has arrived fully intact on the outside but out internal packaging has failed we will happily replace // refund any items that are needed (we do not require models sent back feel free to keep any if there is a issue and test your paint schemes (if it is deemed to a fault on our end(scaling size issue / slight mis print / warping are deemed problems we should have noticed b4 it left the shop)

we simply require photos (of how the box looks on arrival / any photos of the problem models )

if it is deemed we are at a fault immediate replacements will be printed // or refund offered whichever the customer has chosen.
